Could He could have done better at Chelsea?

Monaco star striker Radamel Falcao could have done better at Chelsea if he was given enough time on the pitch by the then manager Jose mourihno .Falcao who left Monaco to join Manchester united on loan with the option of a permanent deal was criticized for not scoring goals.
